To submit a pollution report, please call either of the numbers above or fill out the form below. Upon request, pollution reports can be kept anonymous.

Once a report is received the staff at Citizens for a Healthy Bay will investigate it as soon as possible. We will partner with the City of Tacoma, the Department of Ecology, the Port of Tacoma and other agencies to contain, stop and clean up the pollution.
